As the Congress denied the application of ABS-CBN for a fresh 25-year franchise, many netizens couldn’t help but wonder if the Kapamilya stars will transfer to other television networks.
Some Kapamilya celebrities have already decided to transfer to other networks. After all, they still need to make a living to support the needs of their family.
However, there are some who choose to remain loyal over the ABS-CBN network and rejected the offers from other television networks.
Just like the popular celebrity couple Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil or popularly known as their loveteam as “LizQuen”.
It is said that the two remain loyal to their mother network, the ABS-CBN.
According to the report from Agilang Bayan, the TV5 network offered to give a triple talent fee to Liza and Enrique, but despite how huge amount their talent fee is, the on-and-off-screen couple decided to reject it because they wanted to stay in ABS-CBN and also to show respect to the said network.
Ogie Diaz, the talent manager of the two, explained that the Kapamilya network made Liza popular in the showbiz industry.
Based on the Facebook post of Kapamilya Online World, Enrique also agreed to the decision of Liza and their talent manager. That’s why even Enrique also can’t turn his back to ABS-CBN, the network who help him to reach the success that he had now.
But whatever the decisions of Liza and Enrique are on their showbiz careers, their fans and followers will support them.
The “LizQuen” loveteam became popular in their television series like “Forevermore”, “Dolce Amore”, “Bagani”, and “Make It With You”.
Ogie Diaz first revealed that the TV5 and Viva already showed interest to Liza and Enrique, however, he admitted that the celebrity couple is still prioritizing the ABS-CBN.
