The two-storey house of Cristine Reyes is located in the south of Metro Manila. Her humble abode can be best described as very peaceful and homey. The renovation of the house took three months and the actress was very hands-on in every detail of it. She was the one who chooses the color for each corner of the house and did the shopping for the furniture that will be placed in the house. The all-white palette suited to the design of her house very well.
The actress puts color ranging from periwinkle to crimson. She also used recessed lighting features to have a more peaceful and homey vibe to her house. Cristine bought the property a few years before she got married.
Living Area
The area is very bright and spacious. The natural lights freely enter to the whole living area because of its glass doors. The huge sectional sofa has a light color. There were also built-in shelves in the area where the actress displays different kinds of things. She decided to design the area that way so she can save up on space.
Dining & Kitchen Area
Just like the other area of the house, the area is also in the shade of white except for the wall that was painted with lime green which makes the room look more lively. The marble table and leather chairs were custom-made.
The kitchen area is very simple and spacious. It has monochrome and wooden palette details. Plants were displayed on the countertops to add color to space.
Stairway Landing
The stairway landing was converted into a cozy area as the actress doesn’t have a foyer in her house. It has a seating piece along with several contemporary pieces of art.
Entertainment Room
Christine was a huge fan of movies so she made sure to have an entertainment room in her house. The area has a huge sectional sofa and padded walls with a big round center table.
Bedroom
The wall in the bedroom of Cristine is in patterned cream, gray, and lavender wallpaper. She chooses to have an upholstered bed in beige with tan drapes to keep up with the streamlined look of the area. It also has complimenting side tables.
Whenever she wanted to reflect on her life or simply relax, the actress will go to the balcony of her bedroom and enjoys the beautiful view of the garden. There are ivy-covered panels around the balcony.
Bathroom & Walk-in Closet
Her bathroom is very big and spacious. It is mostly painted with the color red. It also has a mosaic tile in the shade of red near the shower spot. The cabinets have mirrored doors to give an illusion to the area.
Her walk-in closet is very organized and neat. The crystal chandelier also highlights the natural appearance of the area.
