Spanish press sources revealed that Barcelona club sought the help of one of its players in order to save the situation and register newcomer Ferran Torres.

And the newspaper added, that Roberto is one of the important elements in Barcelona, which suits the plans and needs of coach Xavi Hernandez, and therefore there is a desire for him to stay and not leave for free at the end of the season.
The newspaper pointed out that Barcelona plans to offer a long-term contract to Roberto, in order to persuade him to reduce his salary, and thus drop the wage bill, and register Torres.
And the newspaper concluded, that the relationship between Roberto and the current Barcelona officials is distinguished, and the agreement could be announced soon.
