Hans-Joachim Watzke, CEO of Borussia Dortmund, has ended the conflict between the giant clubs, over the transfer of goalkeepers in the current Mercato.

The 21-year-old Norwegian player Erling Haaland has a contract with his German club, Borussia Dortmund, which ends in 2024, and the most prominent European clubs are interested in winning his services, whether in the current Mercato or during the next summer.

Watzke, CEO of the German club, referred to this matter during his interview with the German magazine “Der Spiegel”, yesterday, Friday, saying: “Leaving this winter? This is impossible.”

He added, “Who can give up the services of one of the best strikers in Europe during the winter break? We want to compete with the best possible team.”

Watzke continued: “Next year? Of course it will be difficult to retain his services.”

It is reported that the conflict is raging between Real Madrid, Manchester City, Manchester United, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain, in order to obtain the services of the Norwegian sniper Halland.
