The winter deals concluded by the Barcelona club management, which in turn succeeded in developing the team’s performance, gave a great morale boost to the Blaugrana officials in following the same example, in order to compete for all local and continental titles.

Dutch press sources revealed that the Catalan club president, Joan Laporta, held a secret meeting with business agent Mino Raiola in the French city of Monaco.

According to the Dutch newspaper, “The Telegraph”, Barcelona club president, Joan Laporta, has met with business agent Mino Raiola, to discuss the two possible deals for Moroccan Noussair Mazraoui and Norwegian Erling Halland to join the Catalan team, with the upcoming summer Mercato.

The newspaper pointed out that the meeting was kept “completely confidential” had it not been for the media leaks that later revealed it, noting that it took place in the office of the famous business agent in the Emirate of Monaco, who sponsors the march of Moroccan Mazraoui and striker Halland.

Media reports confirmed that the Moroccan international has ample chances of signing in the Catalan team’s statements, especially since his contract with Ajax Amsterdam expires with the end of the current football season, and the player now has the right to negotiate with any team under the laws of “FIFA”.

It is worth noting that the 24-year-old Dutch player is making outstanding performances this season, scoring five goals and providing four assists in various tournaments. He was also chosen as the best player in the last Ajax match against Benfica, in the first leg of the Champions League final.
