Barcelona were stuck in a 0-0 deadlock against Real Betis at the Benito Villamarin when Xavi resorted to bringing on Ansu Fati in the 75th minute.
The teenager, barely on the pitch took a few touches in the box to evade two centre-backs but was unable to score.
Seconds later, though, Fati was left unmarked near the edge of the box when he received a pass from Jordi Alba.
He quickly turned to set up the ball on his right foot and put his foot through it as he always does and somehow found the bottom corner.
It took Fati just a minute after coming on break the deadlock for Barcelona.

It was particularly special since Fati picked up the first of his career-threatening injuries against Betis two seasons ago in a 2-5 win.
It took Betis 4 minutes to equalise through Marc Bartra, but Ansu Fati’s quality is clear and for all to see.
Luckily, Jordi Alba scored the winner in the very last minute of the game with a perfect volley. By securing their spot in the La Liga table, Barcelona are now officially back in the Champions League next season.
